Overview

Accord streamlines the change request process for solo operators. Every client request is checked against the signed Statement of Work (SOW), so scope creep is caught and every change is properly assessed.

How it works

  1. Check: each request is evaluated against the SOW using pgvector retrieval and Groq AI
  2. Flag: scope creep is flagged, with the relevant contract language quoted back to you
  3. Bill: approved out-of-scope work is turned into billable line items, which simplifies invoicing and project management
